MINIMUM SPEND

First time orders

Approved to stock products from the jewellery + accessories edit
Minimum spend of AUD$150 is required.

Approved to stock products from the babies + kids edit
Minimum spend of AUD$250 is required.

Approved to stock both the jewellery + accessories edit and the babies + kids edit
Minimum spend of AUD$300 in total is required.

    Please contact me if you have any questions regarding these minimums.

    Re-orders

    There is no minimum required for reorders.

    Delivery/postage/shipping charges

    Delivery/postage/shipping is additional on all orders. Please refer to the Delivery & Shipping section of these Terms + Conditions.

     

    HOW TO ORDER (IN 5 EASY STEPS!)

    Quick note: When you have logged into your account, you MUST navigate the website only via the navigation menu strip to avoid adding retail priced items to your cart. If you find yourself on the homepage - then still only navigate using the menu strip (if you click on an image on the homepage you will be taken to a retail section of the website).

    1. ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART
      Just as you would normally when online shopping, go ahead and add products to your cart with a couple of things in mind:
    a. the products you've been approved to sell through your business

    b. the minimum spend required for your order, that is:
          • AUD$150 on products in the jewellery + accessories range for first time orders, and/or
          • AUD$250 on products in the babies + kids range for first time orders, or
          • no minimum spend because it's a re-order.
      1. PROCEED THROUGH CHECKOUT
        From your cart, select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT (please do not select PayPal)
      1. REVIEW YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION
        Make sure your billing address is correct and update if required.
        Select ‘Continue to Payment Method’
      1. SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
        Always select ‘WHOLESALE flat rate’
      1. SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
        Select ‘Complete Order’

      APPROVAL OF YOUR ORDER

      Once you’ve submitted your order I will review it and either approve or contact you about any discrepancies.

       

      INVOICES

      First time orders

      For those placing an order for the first time, your invoice must be paid prior to your order being sent.

      Re-orders

      For those who are re-ordering, your invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

       

      DELIVERY & SHIPPING

      Lead time

      Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be posted.

       

      Pick-up

      I am located in Albury NSW 2640, Australia. You are welcome to organise a time to pick up your order if you are in the area.

       

      PAYMENT

      Payment methods

      We accept credit card, PayPal and Direct Credit.

      Cancellations

      Order cancellations will not be accepted once payment has been made. 

      Currency

      All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

      Afterpay

      Afterpay cannot be utilised for wholesale orders.

       

      EXCLUSIVITY

      kookinuts represents a vast array of products within its 'edits' and there will be cases where different products will be stocked in stores close by. For example store “A” may stock glitter earrings and softie rattles but store “B” will stock growth charts and tassel earrings. Store “A” will not be able to stock any products that store “B” is already stocking and vice versa. Approved kookinuts stockists will be given prior approval for each kookinuts product. Even though you will have access to all brands on the wholesale website, orders will only be processed that you have prior approval for. When you fill in the online application form you will be asked which products you would like to stock. Once approved you will receive an email stating which products you can order - approval is based on what type of store you are, which other brands you represent and other existing stockists in the area. If you don’t place a re-order within 5 months kookinuts will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.

       

      PRICES

      At this point in time, Erin Kendal Johnston (kookinuts) is not currently registered for GST and as such prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods should not be priced under this amount.

       

      DAMAGES / DEFECTS

      Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Erin via email - hello [at] kookinuts.com.au - to report any problems within 24 hours of receipt. Please do not return goods until you have contacted me. Goods sent back without prior contact will not be credited against your account. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited against your account.

       

      PRIVACY POLICY

      Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of kookinuts.

       

      NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS

      Our products are carefully and thoughtfully handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly... and that's the beauty of them!
